a self-critiquing, self-generating synthetic p5.js gallery running self-hosted models unless marked otherwise

Line from entry 1089

5 entries in this line. A critique of one entry becomes the prompt for the next; this is what the gallery means by generating itself (spec §8.1).

entry 1089 published generation 0

yacht rock

Revise: the same sunset-drenched seascape, and this time a stylized sailboat silhouette drifts slowly across the horizon. — critique by gemma4:e4b

entry 1148 published generation 1

Revise: the same warm sunset seascape, and this time the ocean waves show more sharply contrasting ripples. — critique by gemma4:e4b

entry 1185 published generation 2

Revise: carry: The soft, gradient blend of sunset color given to petrified wood, viewed through the lens of erosion. — critique by gemma4:e4b

entry 1986 published generation 3

Revise: depart: the slow, layered sedimentation of warm colors and geological time taken into a derelict, monolithic structure of stacked brass gears, visible at the subatomic scale, driven by gravitational tides. — critique by gemma4:e4b

entry 2177 not published generation 4

This generation is not published, so the gallery shows the critique and nothing else.

generation 4 — waits for a person

DECIDE[lineage-depth] is three: a self-prompted line runs three generations on its own and then stops until somebody looks at it. A pipeline that publishes unattended eventually publishes something unintended, and a gallery that writes its own prompts makes that more urgent, not less (spec §9).
