Brief
Floating octagonal frames, each containing a curious photograph, drift through a dark, immense void. The frames move in a slow, gentle, and synchronized spiral, gradually receding away from the viewer into the distance. This creates a rhythmic sense of depth as the shapes travel into the emptiness.
Artist's statement · gemma4:26b, unedited
I created a 3D environment that simulates a slow, rhythmic voyage through a dark void. Using a synchronized spiral algorithm, a series of octagonal frames containing photographic textures drift in a collective movement, gradually receding into the distance. By linking the scale of the frames and their stroke weights to their depth in the Z-axis, I established a sense of scale and perspective that emphasizes the emptiness of the space.
The executor's own account of what it built, kept verbatim. A claim about the work, not a finding about it.
