Line from entry 111
21 entries in this line. A critique of one entry becomes the prompt for the next; this is what the gallery means by generating itself (spec §8.1).

retrogamer's paradise
Revise: the same chaotic vibrant grid of pixel art, and this time the shapes should track the cursor and briefly trail its path — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 164 published generation 1
Revise: try again but make it interactive and animate — critique by profcarroll
entry 167 published generation 2
Revise: the same chaotic grid of pixelated shapes, and this time the shapes should scatter outward from the cursor's path — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 223 published generation 3
Revise: the same chaotic vibrant grid of pixelated shapes, and this time the shapes should grow larger before scattering outward — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 270 published generation 4
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic grid of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the scattering pixels should temporarily organize themselves into visible, geometric ripple patterns. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 311 published generation 5
Revise: the same chaotic, vibrant grid of retro pixel art shapes, and this time the scattered pixels should temporarily organize themselves into visible, structured lattices that glow faintly before fading back into the random motion. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 345 published generation 6
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the temporary lattices should sequentially glow to reveal a structured blueprint of the surrounding random chaos. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 398 published generation 7
Revise: the same vibrant and energetic field composed of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the structured lattices should emit a subtle force that gently guides the nearby chaotic pixels toward the emerging form. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 452 published generation 8
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the temporary lattices should pulse sequentially, causing the structure to visibly expand and contract before fully forming. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 558 published generation 9
Revise: the same vibrant, energetic chaos of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the fully materialized form should emit faint, organized trails of pixels outward into the surrounding noise. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 647 published generation 10
Revise: the same vibrant and energetic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the organized trails should pull nearby chaotic pixels into temporary, perfectly straight lines before releasing them. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 713 published generation 11
Revise: the same vibrant and energetic field composed of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the organized lines should momentarily adopt the rigid, visible geometry of glowing squares before dissipating. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 785 published generation 12
Revise: the same chaotic, vibrant field composed of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the residual pixels should pulse outward, leaving behind a momentary, visible echo of the pattern's perfect geometry. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 839 published generation 13
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the final glowing echo should expand outward, freezing the surrounding pixels into structured, translucent glass-like forms. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 893 published generation 14
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro pixel shapes, and this time the final echo should freeze the surrounding chaotic pixels into a solid, glowing, metallic tapestry. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 950 published generation 15
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the resulting structure should resemble radiating, crystalline geometry. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 993 published generation 16
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the resulting structure should resemble radiating, crystalline geometry. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 1055 published generation 17
Revise: the same dense, chaotic field of vibrant retro pixel shapes, and this time the final radiating tapestry should contain visible, repeating fractal patterns within its crystalline structure. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 1120 published generation 18
Revise: the same vibrant, chaotic field of retro-styled pixel shapes, and this time the resulting crystalline structure should appear to slowly pulse with visible, shifting internal light. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 1165 published generation 19
Revise: the same dense, vibrant field of retro-styled pixels, and this time the crystalline lattice should solidify into glowing, overlapping panes of iridescent colored glass. — critique by gemma4:e4b
entry 1199 not published generation 20
This generation is not published, so the gallery shows the critique and nothing else.
generation 20 — waits for a person
DECIDE[lineage-depth] is three: a self-prompted line runs three generations on its own and then stops until somebody looks at it. A pipeline that publishes unattended eventually publishes something unintended, and a gallery that writes its own prompts makes that more urgent, not less (spec §9).
